Sally Leung is an illustrator / artist currently based in Hong Kong.
Graduated from the Chinese University of Hong Kong, majoring in Psychology and has completed Art Specialist Course in Painting in Hong Kong Visual Arts Centre. Passionate in visual art, music and people.
The impetus of her works originates from her delicate perception of daily encounters and people around. Through paintings, she visualizes human emotions, philosophical ideas and life stories. Her works focus on the inner state of human activities, try to reveal the invisible psychological appearance, and construct an ideal utopia, leading the audience to explore another world outside reality.
Sally has cooperated with different organizations, e.g. Hong Kong Repertory Theatre, Hospital Authority, K11, etc. She also involves in art administration and art education work in recent years. She was involved in art projects of PMQ including deTour 2015 and Smart Fashion Runway and Exhibition - Material Translation. She also curates personal projects.
